Our weekly internal Masterclass Series keeps the team on the pulse of hospitality innovation.

Hawkins brings in third-party partners — senior leaders from the companies shaping the future of hospitality technology — to walk us through their latest developments, integrations, and thinking. With direct relationships at the platforms that matter most, we get honest, substantive conversations about where the industry is heading and what's actually worth paying attention to.

And the relationship goes both ways: many of these partners come to us for product feedback, allowing our hands-on client experience to actively inform product roadmaps.

Not every Friday belongs to a vendor. Some of our best sessions are internal — team members teaching each other tips and tricks refined from years in the field. We cover how to present ideas with clarity, revenue management best practices, competitive strategy, and discuss current market conditions. Where Strategy Meets Connection

Once a year, we bring the whole team together — off-site, away from the day-to-day — to think bigger. The retreat is part team bonding, part working session, part beautiful hotel inspiration, and entirely focused on the question of how we can serve our clients better. We reflect on what's working, challenge what isn't, and push each other to raise the bar. The energy that comes from putting sharp, motivated people in a room together with the space to think is hard to replicate, and we've found it to be one of the most valuable investments we make as a team.
